I am trying an oral appliance that I bought over the net. Highly advertised product. So far, takes some getting used to and I don't use it every night. But it does seem to work. Will let you know of progress

I've been using the Pure Sleep oral appliance for one month now and as my wife will attest - it works. Also, because my air passages are not blocked I am sleeping better and not groggy in the morning becaue I haven't been struggling to breathe while I'm sleeping. I now see how snoring could have an impact on someone's heart. It's really interesting because it's one thing to read about it, and it's another to actually experience it. I would recommend that you try it. BTW - Sleeping with the oral appliance takes some getting used to. It's not uncomfortable, just something you need to get used to.
